Eugene Neo is Senior Assistant Director at the MOH Office for Healthcare Transformation (MOHT), where he informs clinical technology and digital strategy for Singapore's primary care transformation agenda. Over 15 years in public sector healthcare technology, he has developed clinical decision support tools referenced in national MOH guidelines and helped roll out tech-enabled care programmes across Singapore's polyclinic network. Earlier at IHiS (now Synapxe), he was on the founding product team for GPConnect and served as first programme manager for SmartCMS, winner of the National Health IT Award 2017. He's an inaugural OGP HealthTech Fellow and sits on MOHT's Systems Review Board.
