As a Partner with specialist policy and regulatory advisory firm, Flint Global, Ewan has extensive experience of advising operators and investors in digital infrastructure on navigating political, policy, and regulatory risk across Asia-Pacific. He has also held a senior role in the Asia-Pacific Data Centre Association (APDCA)’s Secretariat for the last 18 months. In this capacity, he has coordinated and directly led data centre sector engagement with governments and public communications in India, Malaysia, Singapore, and Japan. The focus has been on ensuring policy frameworks and the political environment support the sustainable growth of the sector in the region.
