Frank Lam is Senior Manager of Data Center Electrical Engineering at NVIDIA. He leads the electrical engineering team responsible for developing data center infrastructure power reference designs to support current, next, and future generation high density AI deployments for NVIDIA and our partners. Prior to Nvidia, he had various engineering roles in the mission critical sector: at a hyperscaler and an AEC firm specialized in nuclear power generation. Frank has a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is a registered Professional Engineer in the United States.
