Geoff is the CIO of AstraZeneca Asia and founder of Arcadious Games. He loves working with the C-suite and business leadership teams to develop simple, results-orientated strategies that sit between commercial and technology teams. He has a particular interest in mastering the corporate use of analytics and innovating to enable new revenue streams for business. He is a strong advocate for the removal of the overcomplication that has engulfed the technology industry over time. Geoff began his career as a programmer for PepsiCo before moving to Singapore and into business partnering for Aon Hewitt. Eventually he settled within the pharmaceutical industry at Sanofi, and today at AstraZeneca. During his time in AstraZeneca, he has led the launch of a best-in-industry analytical suite and mobile super-app for patients. He also steered the company through the pandemic, with AstraZeneca being rated #1 in quality of digital engagement with healthcare professionals. Outside of work, Geoff spends time collecting and restoring retro video games as well as attending running events.
