He drives the development and adoption of innovative technology solutions, including AI-enabled tools and workflow automation, to improve operational efficiency, data quality, and user experience across survey programmes and application. He is passionate about leveraging technology to drive operational excellence and has been recognized as Champion of the Ministry of Manpower Family Data Hackathon and Champion of Prompt Royale x Ministry of Manpower for his innovative use of data and AI solutions.
