Hai Bui is the Platform Engineering Manager at TymeX, leading the development of Platform as a Product - a core ecosystem designed to enable engineering teams to deliver faster, deploy safely, and scale with confidence. Over the past six years at TymeX, Hai has been instrumental in evolving the company’s DevOps and infrastructure capabilities into reliable, developer-first services that drive automation, performance, and impact. Prior to his current role, Hai served as DevOps Technical Lead and Senior DevOps Engineer, where he helped design and implement the internal platform that supports CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, observability, enterprise integration, and cloud-native tools. Before joining TymeX, Hai led infrastructure efforts in the telecom and CRM space, supporting scalable systems for more than 50,000 users across Southeast Asia.
