Hitesh Prajapati is Managing Director, Data Centers for Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (AME) at Carrier. With over 30 years across data centers, communications and IT, he is a seasoned leader with deep understanding about the digital infrastructure trends shaping the world. In his current role, he leads Carrier’s data center business strategy across the region, driving growth, strategic priorities and execution through a dynamic cross-functional organization. He is focused on partnering with customers to address the growing demands of AI, hyperscale and colocation environments through innovative, efficient and sustainable thermal management solutions. Prior to joining Carrier, Hitesh held senior leadership positions at Vertiv, Emerson Network Power and Tech Pacific India and brings extensive international experience and a strong understanding of the diverse business and cultural landscape across the AME markets. Hitesh holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Pune, and an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune, India.
