James is the Regional Head of E-Commerce for Asia Pacific at Allianz Trade, based in Singapore since April 2024. With over 15 years in Trade Credit Insurance, he joined Allianz Trade in 2018 as Country Manager for Indonesia, where he expanded the company’s portfolio and market presence through strategic partnerships. James holds a BSc (Hons) in Banking and Finance from the London School of Economics. He now leads Allianz Trade’s e-Commerce strategy across Asia Pacific, focusing on innovation, partnerships, and customer experience.
