James Rix has spent his career shaping how data centres get built and delivered — working across 14 countries and three continents on projects ranging from 500kW up to 240MW. He now leads data centre strategy and project execution across Southeast Asia and Korea for JLL. Outside the project work, James is a regular speaker at international conferences, writes the Bytes, Watts and Carbon newsletter on LinkedIn, and has won two industry awards for his commitment to developing early careers talent in the sector.
