Janice leads the company's corporate strategy, investor relations, and team building, driving fundraising, key partnerships, and market expansion across Asia. She was named a PMI Future 50 honouree in 2023, and a Rising Star in the inaugural Women in Tech category of Taiwan's 2024 Golden Glory Awards. She also co-chairs COODFA and serves as Vice Chair of PMI Taiwan's Co-Creation Committee.
