Jessie Tsai is a Senior Energy Analyst at RECCESSARY, focusing on Asia-Pacific energy markets, renewable electricity procurement, policy, and commercial implications. Her experience spans energy market operations at Enel X and corporate renewable energy management across APAC at Apala Group. She has advised Dell-led joint renewable electricity procurement in Taiwan, Corning’s APAC energy market research, Thailand P-REC programmes, and virtual power plant analysis. Her recent research examines the energy challenges of AI data centres (AIDC), including power availability, grid constraints, and low-carbon electricity strategies, with a white paper scheduled for publication in October 2026.
