Jeth Lee is Nscale’s Vice President and Head of Legal, APAC. As a founding member of the regional leadership team, he architects a trusted digital ecosystem for one of the world’s fastest-growing AI hyperscalers. Jeth brings nearly 20 years of multidisciplinary experience across the legal and regulatory spectrum. He previously served as Microsoft’s Chief Legal Officer for Singapore and led legal and government affairs in APAC. He also spent a decade at the Singapore Exchange, rising to be its Head of Compliance and Lead Counsel. He started his career as a securities lawyer at Allen & Gledhill. Jeth holds an LLM in corporate law from New York University and an LLB from the National University of Singapore, where he served as chief editor of the law review.
