John is the Director of Growth at Aon Singapore, working across multiple geographies and solution lines. Based in Singapore, he plays a critical role in expanding Aon’s business footprint and strengthening partnerships in the region with both clients and strategic partners. His main focus is on developing the regional data centre strategy and also the management of carbon related insurance. Prior to this role, John was the APAC Director at Solidatus, a UK-based technology company specializing in data lineage and governance solutions. There, he established and managed the Singapore subsidiary. He led the implementation of comprehensive data governance programs for major clients, ensuring regulatory compliance and system transformation. As part of the global management team, John contributed to strategic decision-making and operational management across multiple functions including legal, accounting, and human resources. Earlier in his career, John held senior sales leadership roles at UTU Global and State Street Global Markets, managing teams and client relationships across Asia and Europe, driving revenue growth and market expansion..
