Joyce Hsu is Section Leader at Hitachi High-Tech Taiwan Corporation, where she leads new business development in semiconductor parts and equipment for advanced processes and advanced packaging, as well as data center technologies, including liquid cooling solutions. She began her career in the ICT and industrial solutions sector and has built over a decade of experience in sales and product line management across optical communication, data center, and telecom industries. She later broadened her expertise to encompass digital transformation and smart factory solutions, successfully delivering projects that integrated AIoT and ESG initiatives for global manufacturing clients. Since joining New Business Development department, She has been actively involved in expanding the company’s semiconductor-related business by conducting market and technology analyses, fostering strategic partnerships, and facilitating cross-border collaboration. She has also supported the growth of data center solutions, with a focus on sustainable, high-efficiency cooling technologies and comprehensive, end-to-end delivery models. Ms. Hsu is committed to connecting technology with business strategy and customer needs and strives to contribute to innovation from concept through implementation in the rapidly evolving semiconductor and data center sectors.
