Leong Kai Seng is a seasonal leader with more than 25 years of IT experience in government and public healthcare sectors, and consultancy firm. He has experience in stakeholder management, strategic planning, driving large ICT projects from conceptualisation, implementation till operation, cybersecurity governance, cybersecurity engineering and cybersecurity operation. He held leadership roles such as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Director for 1st Line-of-Defence (1LOD-Security), and Director (Cyber Strategy and Transformation). He is certified in ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) among others and has been conducting cyber training from entry-level cyber professionals (Singapore) to cyber leaders (Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei).
