Karen is currently the CIO for DHL Express Singapore. Prior to taking up this role in May 2021, Karen was the Vice President for Operations Programs at the DHL Express Asia Pacific (excluding China) Regional Business IT team, managing systems beta and pilot projects for the Operations team across the region, and was responsible for the deployment of DHL global applications to countries, specifically in the Operations domain. Karen has 20+ years of experience in this industry She is also the country’s Data Protection Officer (DPO), and DHL Express Singapore’s DHL4HER and DHL4ALL representative, spearheading projects like International Women’s Day, Cancer Awareness Month, and various Diversity, Equality, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) activities in DHL Express Singapore.
