Kaushik Sriram is a Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal in Singapore, where he co-heads Digital Infrastructure for Asia-Pacific. He specializes in data centers and adjacent digital assets, focusing on commercial and operational due diligence, strategy, value creation planning, carve-outs, and post-merger integration. With over 17 years of regional experience, he has advised global private equity and infrastructure funds across the full data center lifecycle — from greenfield development to hyperscale/colocation platforms, expansion, and exit readiness — leading 25+ engagements across ASEAN, India, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Korea. Notable work includes carve-out diligence for major hyperscale and colocation platforms, greenfield development diligence, hyperscaler demand modeling, market entry strategies for HVAC/MEP/liquid cooling providers, and IPO readiness assessments. His experience also extends to fiber networks, subsea connectivity, GPU-as-a-service platforms, and cold chain/warehousing assets. Before A&M, he led Kearney's Southeast Asia Private Equity practice and earlier worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and RBS. He holds a bachelor's degree in electronics and communication from NIT Tiruchirappalli and an MBA from IIM Bangalore.
