Kaushik Sriram is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Performance Improvement in Singapore. He co-leads the firm’s digital infrastructure practices across APAC, across Tower, Fiber, Datacenter, and other asset classes, with his work spanning pre-deal commercial and operational diligence, carveout and separation management, PMI, and asset monetization for telcos/technology players. He has been involved in several of the top datacenter, fiber and tower deals in Australia, South-East Asia, and India, advising infrastructure funds, portfolio companies and telcos.
