Kim Hong is the Deputy Chief Data Officer at Bank of Singapore, where he leads the bank’s enterprise data, analytics, and AI platform strategy in support of wealth management and private banking businesses. He drives the adoption of a business driven, product centric Data as a Service operating model, spanning data platforms, analytics and AI enablement, governance, and data products. Kim Hong brings over 20 years of experience across consulting and financial services, including 15 years in leading consulting firms advising organisations on large scale data, analytics, and AI transformations. His work has helped enterprises modernise data platforms, adopt agile analytics operating models, and translate advanced analytics and AI into tangible business outcomes. With a strong focus on practical AI adoption in regulated environments, Kim Hong is passionate about scaling self service analytics, building sustainable data platforms, and embedding strong governance by design.
