KJ Joshi is Chief Business Officer and Head of Data Center Business at Hitachi Limited, where he leads the company's data centre business globally, as part of Hitachi's Strategic Social Innovation Business unit. With close to three decades in the data centre industry, KJ has built and scaled businesses at Hitachi, Equinix and Dell. KJ's experience spans operating leadership roles across the hyperscale, neocloud and colocation segments, with a strong background in data centre operations, sales and power generation. At Hitachi, he brings the company’s energy, cooling, storage, and digital capabilities together into one integrated critical infrastructure offering for hyperscale, colocation and GPU-as-a-Service operators, leading Hitachi's response to evolving data centre infrastructure needs. KJ holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Mumbai.
