As Director of AI Innovation, he leads the 100 Experiments (100E) programme, fostering collaboration between AI researchers and industry partners to develop and deploy real-world AI solutions. He is also the architect of the acclaimed AI Apprenticeship Programme (AIAP), a unique talent development initiative equipping aspiring AI engineers with practical skills and industry experience. Laurence's passion for making AI accessible to all is evident in his leadership of the LearnAI initiative.
