Lillian Shao is Vice President of APAC Business Development at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), where she leads strategic partnerships and go-to-market initiatives for AI Infrastructure and Model-as-a-Service across the Asia Pacific region. With more than 20 years of experience in cloud computing and AI infrastructure go-to-market, Lillian has led global expansion and market entry strategies for leading cloud hyperscalers, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Amazon Web Services (AWS). She works closely with customers, technology partners, and ecosystem leaders to accelerate AI adoption and infrastructure innovation across industries. Lillian holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
