Mr Loh has over 25 years of experience in real asset investment and asset and fund management across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and North America. He was appointed CEO of the Manager on 28 July 2023. Prior to that, he was Chief Investment Officer, Data Centres, at Keppel Capital, overseeing data centre strategies across multiple platforms. He previously held senior positions at GIC Real Estate and Mapletree Investments, leading investments across multiple real estate sectors and new markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Real Estate) First Class Honours from the National University of Singapore and was a Keppel scholar.
