Manish Kumar leads Schneider Electric’s global Secure Power & Data Centers business, enabling AI-driven compute and AI Factories at scale. He works with hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and cloud customers to design, build, and operate resilient, high-density, and sustainable data centers during a period of unprecedented demand. With more than eighteen years at Schneider Electric, Manish brings extensive experience across Power management, Smart Buildings, Solar & Microgrids, Enterprise Software, Strategy, and M&A. He combines commercial, operational, and strategic leadership to scale global businesses at the intersection of energy and digital technology. He champions the innovation and convergence of power management, thermal management, and digital technologies as the critical foundation of modern data centers. As AI workloads push density, performance, and efficiency to new levels, he believes innovation in energy systems will determine how responsibly and sustainably the next generation of digital infrastructure evolves. Manish is focused on three priorities: serving customers and partners with speed and trust, keeping pace with AI-driven growth by advancing next-generation AI and data center architectures, and reinforcing Schneider Electric’s role as a trusted energy technology partner, enabling our customers to drive greater impact. He takes great pride in enabling and supporting his team to innovate and do extraordinary things for our customers, partners, society, and our planet. Earlier in his career, he worked in software engineering and consulting at Infosys. He holds advanced management degrees from Harvard Business School and MBA from HEC Paris, and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Thapar University. He also serves on the Supervisory Board of Planon.
