Before joining GLP, Miao served as the Global Chief Information Officer at Mars Petcare. Prior to that, she was the VP/CIO at Johnson & Johnson. With over 23 years of global experience across various industries, Miao has significant expertise in the Oil, Energy, Natural Resources, Consumer Goods, and Health Care sectors. Her career includes 14 years at Royal Dutch Shell and 5 years at Nestl'. Miao has extensive IT management experience, having led all IT disciplines in both global and regional roles.
