Mihaela Isac (DHL Supply Chain) is the Chief Information Officer for DHL Supply Chain Asia Pacific, where she leads technology strategy and deployments, digital transformation, and innovation across 12 markets. A member of the regional management board, she drives the advancement of AI, data, automation, and resilient digital platforms that enable DHL's fast?growing contract logistics business. She began her DHL career more than 15 years ago in DHL Consulting in Germany, later moving to the United States where she advanced to Associate Partner. Between 2019 and 2022, Mihaela held senior IT leadership roles in North America, overseeing Strategic IT Projects, Transport Solutions, and IT for the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector. Mihaela has led several of DHL's impactful technology programs, including large?scale cloud modernization and standardizing digital platforms globally. Her work has accelerated deployment of next?generation warehouse and transport technologies across hundreds of sites, improving speed, reliability, and customer experience.
