Mitsuomi Nakamura is the VP of Sales for Hotstart, a global manufacturer of thermal management systems. In his 20 years at Hotstart, Mits has been instrumental to the sales growth of the company, serving as Managing Director for Hotstart Asia-Pacific (2011) and Hotstart Europe GmbH (2017). During this time, Mits oversaw the expansion of Hotstart's manufacturing to its first international location in Cologne, Germany. In 2023 Mits moved back to the United States and was promoted to his current position in 2025, leading Hotstart's efforts to grow market share in power generation, gas compression, data centres, and other key industries.
