Ng Nam Guan is General Manager & Head, Global Smart Cities and APJ Al Innovation Hub at Dell Technologies, where he drives Dell's vision and enables client and ecosystem partner success for sustainable, connected, and human-centric cities. Based in Singapore, he concurrently leads Dell's APJ Al Innovation Hub, delivering real-world Al solutions and collaborating with Institutes of Higher Learning to equip students and professionals with skills in AI Engineering, MLOps, and Cloud Native Architecture. Nam Guan serves as Chair of the Smart Nation Chapter, SGTech, and as a member of Singapore's IT Standards Committee (ITSC), shaping initiatives that advance Singapore's Smart Nation 2.0. He is a PMP and Six Sigma Black Belt, and holds degrees from UIUC and Stanford University.
