Nicholle is a financial services and technology industry leader specialising in AI ethics, enablement, transformation, and governance. She is currently a senior leader at Deloitte where she is an advisor to C- suite executives, boards and policy makers on the design and application of Trustworthy AI. Her career spans over two decades in executive positions in major Australian banks including Westpac, CBA and NAB, and at global consulting and research advisory firms Gartner and Deloitte. Nicholle is also a fintech founder, startup coach, advisory board member, and is a Fellow of the Global Institute for Securities and Investments. She holds multiple degrees with a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney and a Masters in Information Technology from UNSW. She has also completed the executive school at LSE in Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and studies in Digital Transformation at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Nicholle is also a guest lecturer at the University of Sydney in entrepreneurship, emerging technologies, and the future of work in the age of AI.
