Odett has over twenty years of professional experience, including more than a decade in governance, risk, compliance, and information security. She is the Technology and Cybersecurity Risk Lead for Trust Bank, overseeing technology and cybersecurity risk management for the digital bank. Since joining Trust, she has played a pivotal role in strengthening the bank’s approach to technology and information security risk management. Her responsibilities include championing risk management and governance, driving data-driven reporting and assurance activities, and supporting regulatory compliance. Prior to her role at Trust, Odett held various leadership roles in the financial services industry, from serving as a Senior Information Security Manager conducting thorough risk assessments of technology assets, to managing complex security needs for Retail, Private Banking, and Wealth Management business functions
