Prashant Mishra is Head of Digital & HMAX Energy, based in Kuala Lumpur, working with industry clients to apply Physical AI solutions. He specializes in driving industrial transformation by bridging operational technology (OT) energy infrastructure with advanced machine learning capabilities. Previously, he held key leadership positions at Hitachi Energy, including Transformation Manager in Japan and Global Head of Sales & Marketing, bringing over 20 years of international experience across utilities, data centers, and heavy industries. Prashant has led multi-country transformation programs and executed large-scale energy deals across China, Japan, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. He currently focuses on leveraging HMAX Energy and Physical AI models to help global enterprises enhance infrastructure resilience, implement predictive asset maintenance, and achieve carbon neutrality goals. Prashant holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, India, credentials in investment banking, and is actively pursuing his doctorate.
