Pritesh has over 21 years of experience in research and consulting services. In his current role, he leads the Data Centre research and advisory services across Asia Pacific. Pritesh is responsible for the execution of research reports, publications, thought leadership, market intelligence, etc. Pritesh also supports the centre of excellence team on strategic advisory mandates such as market updates, feasibility studies, location advisory, market entry strategies, rental estimation and forecasts, benchmarking, etc. Over the last 5 years, Pritesh has led and delivered several Data Center advisory mandates for an array of clients such as operators, investors, developers, new entrants as well as government bodies/agencies. ​ Pritesh has also worked with data centre operators in the region and now is a core member of the Data Center Advisory Team (DCAT) at Cushman & Wakefield giving him a Three-Sixty-degree perspective on the data centre industry. In his role he also supports the local market teams across various service lines such as capital markets, land acquisitions, rack space leasing, valuations, etc. with strategic market inputs.​ Pritesh also supports the marketing initiatives across APAC with collaterals, thought leadership, market intelligence, media queries, etc
