Senior Principal Engineer at GoTo Group with 15+ years of experience building large-scale software platforms, AI systems, and mobile infrastructure used by millions of users across Southeast Asia. Throughout my career, I’ve led engineering initiatives spanning AI, Mobile, Security, Maps & Navigation, Observability, Developer Productivity, and Platform Engineering. I enjoy solving complex technical problems that require deep systems thinking, whether it’s designing AI-powered multi-agent systems, building navigation platforms, developing anti-fraud technologies, or creating engineering platforms that help hundreds of developers move faster. Recently, my work has focused on applying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multi-Agent Systems to software engineering. I’ve built autonomous AI agents for production root-cause analysis, AI-powered test automation, and Agentic Commerce, helping engineering teams improve reliability, accelerate releases, and reduce operational overhead.
