Ralph Noel Martin is the DevSecOps Tech Lead at Rockwell Automation, with over a decade of experience in secure software delivery, DevOps, application security, and embedded systems. As a pioneer in DevOps adoption within the company, he represents his business unit in global DevSecOps initiatives, driving compliance and maturity across teams. Beyond his core role, Ralph chairs an internal committee, organizing workshops and events to promote tech awareness. He also contributed to Rockwell’s first global AI committee, and led a team in the EDB-backed Google AI Trailblazer workshop, championing safe, secure and impactful AI adoption
