Rhys works with Digital Infrastructure Investors and their Data Center portfolio companies to make key senior hires across Asia from Director to CxO level. He has 10 years of executive search experience living in London, Houston, and Singapore and has made hires in 16 countries. His background prior to getting into data centres in 2019 was in Renewable Energy which is why he maintains a passion for sustainability.
