In December 2025, he joined Newtech Technology Co. Ltd as the Director of Business Development and Strategy where he spearheads the company’s regional expansion, identifies and evaluates new market opportunities and strategic partnerships that drives key initiatives to fuel sustainable growth. Based in Hong Kong, Roland has held executive positions at global and regional firms, including CBRE, AsiaSat, Digital Realty, Verizon, PCCW and BT. His extensive background gives him deep insight into market dynamics and enables him to build strategic partnerships, identify commercial opportunities and drive regional expansion. Roland combines a pragmatic, results oriented approach with broad industry knowledge to help organizations translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.
