Rolf has spent twenty years scaling infrastructure and support engineering for global technology platforms. He is Senior Director of Support Engineering, APJ at Datadog, leading regional support across the full product suite. Previously he held Leadership roles at Dell and Microsoft, led Cloud Support Engineering for AWS APAC; served as VP of Technology Services at Nuix; and was Regional Technology Director APAC at The Access Group, running 24x7 operations across 22 data centre facilities at 99.9%+ uptime.
