Russell holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing and Statistics from a UK university. He began as a QA intern, progressing to Software Engineer across HP-UX, AIX, and Linux, resolving bugs for an ALM suite and building cross-platform installers. After eight years, he relocated to Australia as Lead Technical Support Agent, partnering with sales to deploy solutions across APAC, then moved through insurance and CRM, supporting organisations nationally, before joining SOTI as Team Lead, Technical Support, advancing to Technical Support Manager, APAC. Following a brief stint as Cloud Support Manager at Atlassian, they returned to SOTI as Sales Engineering Manager, APAC.
