He operates at the intersection of software engineering and artificial intelligence, leading the development of sophisticated chatbot systems and customer support automations that serve millions. Prior to his work at Grab, he was a Senior Software Engineer at Myntra, building scalable e-commerce solutions. Sachin holds a degree from IIIT Allahabad and is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect, combining a strong academic foundation with deep expertise in cloud-native application design.
