Sammy Huang is Director of Ecosystem Development in Arm’s Cloud AI Business Unit. He leads hardware ecosystem development for Arm’s AGI CPU, Arm Neoverse platform, Compute Subsystems (CSS), and Arm Total Design (ATD), driving ecosystem collaboration across the cloud and infrastructure markets. With nearly 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, Sammy has built expertise spanning digital IC design, IP product marketing, technical consulting, business development, commercial strategy, and partner management. Before joining Arm, Sammy worked at MediaTek, where he later relocated to MediaTek Sweden AB as a Technical Manager. During his tenure, he focused on wireless communication systems, computer architecture, and digital signal processors (DSPs). Sammy holds a master’s degree in Communications Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan.
