Sandy leads policy engagement and public sector partnerships across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining OpenAI, she oversaw global policy strategy coordination and development for Meta's hardware division, helped Meta to build the Oversight Board, and developed partnerships to support Meta's policy priorities in Thailand.
