Serhad Sarica is Vice President and Lead Data Scientist at OCBC AI Lab, where he leads the design and deployment of AI solutions that power real-world impact—from personalized marketing to financial crime detection since 2022. Currently, he manages a team of data scientists in building scalable, production-grade models that drive the revenue generating businesses through targeted marketing, cross-selling, churn-prediction, predictive analytics and more. With 12 years of industry experience, Serhad has demonstrated expertise and leadership in data science across finance, design and engineering. He holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from Singapore University of Technology and Design.
