Dynamic and result oriented Architect with three decades of experience, created Legacy in IT Parks from 5L Sft to 45 Lakh Sft & led the Extension Calicut Airport which has 5 Aero Bridges, 5 Lakh Sft of BUA and the overall Airport has a foot fall of 1500 pax / hr in the International Airport and 500 Pax /hr in the domestic Airport and approximately 24000 Aircraft movement / year. Currently involved in Data Centre design ranging from 30MW to 270MW. Having led large scale projects, fostered collaborative teams with focus on efficiency and strategic alignment delivering client centric solutions with value creation, innovation, excellence, adhering to quality, schedule, cost along with value engineering.
