Sophie Bailey manages the Commercial Customer Success team at Udemy Business and partners with organisations to help shape learning initiatives that impact strategic outcomes. Sophie has worked at Udemy for three years and is passionate about being a ‘lifelong learner’ and building learning into the flow of work. She has spent most of her life and career in Asia, with her formative years in Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur. She now calls Singapore home and can be found on the weekend with her family, exploring a corner of the island.
