Stephen leads partnerships at webAI. His career spans both founding and operating roles: he previously co-founded Droplit, an IoT infrastructure startup, which he grew from R&D to a profitable business, and later led Business Development & Partnerships at Ditto. Across these roles, he built partner teams from the ground up, taking new products to market alongside tier-one silicon, hyperscaler, and SI partners while forging product alliances with Honeywell, Amazon, Sonos and others. Before transitioning to tech, Stephen spent six years at Morgan Stanley, where he served as Chief of Staff to the CFO. Stephen holds a B.A. in Economics from Davidson College and lives with his family in Denver.
