Steve Helvie is Chief Emerging Ecosystem Officer at the Open Compute Project Foundation, where he works to develop new markets and ecosystems for open computing technologies. He has extensive international experience in technology, channel development and open infrastructure, including leadership roles at Microsoft and Rackspace and more than a decade working in Asia. At OCP, Steve has focused on expanding the adoption of community-driven, open hardware across regions and market segments, working closely with technology manufacturers, solution providers and end users. His current work includes the development of emerging ecosystems around next-generation AI and data center infrastructure.
