Steve Loo serves as Vice President, Grid Technologies Sales Asia Pacific, and Managing Director of Siemens Energy Thailand, leading business operations across Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia. Over the past 20 years, Steve has worked at the intersection of power systems, energy infrastructure, and digital transformation. He has helped utilities and industry stakeholders across Asia Pacific navigate the challenges of grid modernization, renewable integration, energy security, and large-scale infrastructure development. Steve works closely with customers supporting the region's rapidly expanding data center ecosystem, driving solutions that enhance grid capacity, reliability, sustainability, and long-term energy resilience. His experience spans intelligent grid technologies, transmission systems, and regional energy connectivity initiatives. An Electrical & Electronics Engineer with an MBA, Steve combines technical insight with commercial leadership and is a strong advocate for collaboration between the energy and digital infrastructure sectors to enable sustainable economic growth.
