He has directed data protection programmes for International SOS, Qantas Group, BT, and Thomson Reuters, ensuring compliance and resilience across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, US, and Asia‑Pacific. Based in Singapore, he supports SMEs, startups, and enterprises in uplifting cyber, privacy, and AI programmes to international standards, embedding privacy‑by‑design, operationalising responsible AI, and coaching Data Protection Officers. He has delivered over 100 workshops worldwide, equipping professionals to navigate complex regulatory landscapes. Tarun is Senior Director, Data & AI Governance at Org Advisory and Council Member for AI Safety, Ethics & AI Governance at the Singapore AI Association (SAIA), where he advances responsible AI adoption through policy dialogue, ethical frameworks, and regulator collaboration.
