Terry Chan has over 25 years of leadership experience in e-commerce across China, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia, helping businesses achieve success in emerging markets. He has received accolades such as being named one of Asia's Most Promising Business Leaders and a Global Top 10 Influential Supply Chain Leader. In 2018, he was featured in Forbes and invited to speak by the World Bank. As a serial entrepreneur, Terry founded JUSTT GROUP, which focuses on e-commerce education, consulting, and solutions, including local talent acquisition, supply chain optimization and AI-driven market strategies. He also established the Hong Kong e-commerce supply chain association (HKeCSC) and SEA321.com, a website promoting cross-border e-commerce in Southeast Asia. In 2025, he plans to launch YouTube channels sharing insights on e-commerce. Before his entrepreneurial ventures, Terry held senior management roles, including General Manager of Supply Chain Management at Lazada (Alibaba Group), and Chief Supply Chain Officer at AsiaPay. He also worked at FedEx, DHL, SF Express, and served as a senior advisor of iOmniscient and Wildfaces.ai, a market-leading AI company. Currently, Terry is a consultant and mentor at the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP), HKTech300, Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), HKPC, HKFYG, Tencent, and has worked with Mckinsey, KPMG, EY, Deloitte, Fortune 500 companies such as Estee Lauder, Accenture and over 500 start-ups. He lectures at the University of Hong Kong's SPACE and provides corporate training for various organizations. Terry has participated in over 150 international conferences as a speaker and moderator and has judged competitions organized by Alibaba and other institutions. His expertise has been featured in media outlets like the South China Morning Post and Forbes.
