Tong-Hong is currently an Entrepreneur, a Business Consultant and an Executive Coach. He spends his time helping Business Owners, Founders and CXO become more successful. He also helps businesses transform and scale. Tong-Hong possesses more than 20 years of experience in the high tech industries, accumulated from both the private and the public sectors. He was most recently the CEO and Executive Director of Nera Telecommunications Ltd, a SGX-listed technology company. Prior to Nera Telecommunications, Tong-Hong was Vice President of PT Smartfren tbk - the telecommunications arm of the Sinar Mas conglomerate in Indonesia. He has also previously worked in Singtel in Singapore, as well as DSTA - a statutory board of the Ministry of Defence of Singapore. Tong-Hong is a Qualified Listed Entity Director, a certification issued by the Singapore Institute of Directors. He graduated with a Diplôme d'Etudes Approfondies from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Rouen in France under a Singapore Government’s Public Service Commission Scholarship.
