Tracy Liu is Principal Manager in the Green Mark Department at Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority (BCA), leading sustainability and energy performance initiatives across the built environment. She spearheaded Green Mark 2021 and the Green Mark for Data Centres (GMDC: 2024), setting new benchmarks for energy-efficient data centre operations. An electrical engineer by training, Tracy also contributes to Singapore Standards, including SS530 and SS591, and serves on the Green IT Technical Committee evaluating data centre-related standards.
